The POM 6208 is a deep-groove ball bearing featuring inner and outer rings made of POM (polyoxymethylene, commonly known as acetal or Delrin) engineering plastic and conforming to the 6208 size specification. Unlike traditional metal bearings, it is primarily designed for specialized operating environments requiring corrosion resistance, water resistance, electrical insulation, lightweight construction, and oil-free (self-lubricating) operation.
